1. Using Talmel

You may use Talmel to organise legitimate work for yourself or a team. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use the service only in accordance with applicable law.

2. Workspaces and permissions

Workspace owners and administrators control invitations and access levels. Members of a shared workspace can see the projects and records within that workspace. You are responsible for inviting only people who are authorised to access that information.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the project information and links you add to Talmel. You give Talmel permission to process that information only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Do not add content that you do not have the right to use or disclose.

4. Availability and changes

Talmel is currently offered as an evolving service. Features may change, and temporary interruptions can occur. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent misuse.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another workspace without permission.
• Do not upload malicious code, abuse the service or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use Talmel to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.

6. Account closure

You may delete your account from the account menu. If you are the sole member of a workspace, that workspace and its records will be deleted. In a shared workspace, ownership may transfer to another member so that company records remain available.

7. Responsibility

Talmel is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Talmel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the updated version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
