• Project information, creative requirements, dates, statuses and links that you choose to add.

2. Why we use it

We process this information to provide accounts and shared workspaces, save and organise projects, generate reports, protect the service, troubleshoot problems and improve Talmel.

3. Who can see workspace data

People can see project information only when they belong to the same workspace. Workspace owners and administrators manage invitations. Talmel uses database access controls to keep separate workspaces isolated.

4. Service providers

Talmel uses infrastructure and database providers to host the application, authenticate users and store workspace records. These providers process information on Talmel’s behalf to deliver their services.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and project information while the relevant account or workspace remains active. You can delete your account from Talmel. Some shared-workspace records may remain available to other authorised members after one member leaves.

6. Your choices

• Review and update project information inside your workspace.
• Ask a workspace administrator to change or remove shared records.
• Sign out at any time or delete your account from the account menu.
• Use password recovery if you lose access to your account.

7. Security

Talmel uses authenticated access, encrypted connections and workspace-level database policies. No online service can promise absolute security, so users should use strong passwords and share invitation links only with their intended recipients.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
